- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the diced avocados, shredded purple cabbage, pomegranate seeds and chopped walnuts.
