How To Make Stripy Hummus Salad Jars

Ingredients
- 1 cup of hummus
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of cucumber, diced
- 1 cup of bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of carrots, grated
- 1 cup of mixed salad greens
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In each jar, start by layering 1/4 cup of hummus at the bottom.

Add a layer of cherry tomatoes, followed by cucumber, bell peppers, carrots, and mixed greens.

Repeat the layers until the jars are filled.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad jars.

Screw the lids tightly on the jars and refrigerate until ready to serve.
