  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • dressing:
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, feta cheese, pepperoncini, and croutons.

  2. In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Shake vigorously to emulsify the dressing.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.

  4. Serve the restaurant-style house salad immediately and enjoy!
