How To Make Restaurant-Style House Salad Recipe

- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
- 1/2 cup croutons
- dressing:
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, feta cheese, pepperoncini, and croutons.

In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Shake vigorously to emulsify the dressing.
