  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded red cabbage, grated carrot, sliced red onion, and chopped parsley.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey (if using), salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.

  4. Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
