How To Make Nectarine Salad with Goat’s Cheese Toasts

Ingredients
- 4 nectarines, sliced
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat’s cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 slices baguette
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5 minutes, or until crispy.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, nectarines, crumbled goat’s cheese, and chopped walnuts.
