How To Make Curry Chicken Salad with Grapes Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken and halved grapes.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, curry powder, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the chicken and grapes and toss until everything is evenly coated.

Sprinkle the toasted almonds and green onions over the top of the salad.
