This chicken salad is bursting with grapes and pineapples all coated in a curry-seasoned sour cream dressing. Whip up a batch in just 15 minutes!

- 3cupschicken,diced
- 1cuppineapple tidbits,drained, juice reserved for dressing
- 1cupred grapes,halved
- 1red bell pepper,diced
- 1cupcelery,sliced
- ¾cuppecans,chopped
For Dressing:
- ⅔cupmayonnaise
- ⅓cupsour cream
- 1tspcurry powder
- 3tbsppineapple juice,from the tidbits
- 1½tspdijon mustard
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, curry powder, pineapple juice, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.

Add the chicken, pineapple, grapes, bell pepper, celery and pecans to a large bowl. Top with the prepared dressing, then gently toss to combine.
