- ¼cupbalsamic vinegar
- 1tbspdark brown sugar
- 2½tspgarlic,minced
- ½tspsalt

- 6cupsmixed baby greens
- 3pears,thinly sliced
- 1cupdried cranberries
- 1cuppecans,toasted
- ¾cuphavarti cheese,cubed
- ½cupalmonds,toasted, sliced
