  • ¾cupolive oil
  • ¼cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1tbspdark brown sugar
  • tspgarlic,minced
  • ½tspsalt
  • ½tspfreshly ground black pepper
  • 6cupsmixed baby greens
  • 3pears,thinly sliced
  • 1cupdried cranberries
  • 1cuppecans,toasted
  • ¾cuphavarti cheese,cubed
  • ½cupalmonds,toasted, sliced

Instructions

  1. Whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

  2. Combine the greens, pears, cranberries, pecans, and Havarti cheese in a large bowl.

  3. Pour the balsamic vinegar dressing over the salad and toss.
