Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, grilled chicken, diced avocado, and blueberries.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
