  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
  • dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced strawberries, diced avocado, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped walnuts.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, and extra virgin olive oil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
