How To Make Strawberry Avocado Salad Recipe

- 6 cups of mixed greens
- 1 pint of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 large avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
- dressing:
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced strawberries, diced avocado, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped walnuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, and extra virgin olive oil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
