How To Make American Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool.

Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, onion, celery, salt, and pepper.

Once cooled, peel and chop the eggs.

Add the potatoes and chopped eggs to the bowl and gently mix until well combined.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
