- 2 lb turkey breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Rinse the turkey breast under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture all over the turkey breast, making sure to evenly coat it.

Place the turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan.

Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) when measured with a meat thermometer.
