  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of adobo seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of ground cumin

  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1/4 cup of white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.

  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the garlic cloves, olive oil, adobo seasoning, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Blend until it forms a paste.
