- 4tbspunsalted butter
- 1tspkosher salt
- ½tspcoarse ground black pepper
- 1tbspfresh rosemary,chopped
- 1tbspfresh thyme,chopped
- 1tbspfresh parsley,chopped
- 2clovesgarlic,minced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Place the pork loin in a baking dish.

Mix the butter with the Kosher salt, black pepper, rosemary, thyme, parsley, and garlic in a small bowl.

Smear the butter-herb mixture over the top of the pork loin.

Roast uncovered in the oven for 60 minutes, until it has reached an internal temperature of 145 to 160 degrees F.

Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
