How To Make Pressure Cooker Chili Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Set the pressure cooker to sauté mode and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, then remove the beef and set aside.

Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced red bell pepper to the pressure cooker. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, until softened.

Return the ground beef to the pressure cooker and add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Close the pressure cooker lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.

Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.

Serve the pressure cooker chili hot, topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, and diced green onions, if desired.
