  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 slices pancetta, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a thin crust on a floured surface.

  3. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  4. Drizzle olive oil over the crust and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried oregano.

  5. Spread the shredded mozzarella evenly over the crust.

  6. Arrange the cherry tomatoes and pancetta on top of the cheese.

  7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
