How To Make Uno Veggie Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 4-5 mushrooms, sliced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Place the pizza crust on a lined baking sheet.

  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the crust.

  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper over the sauce.

  5. Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

  6. Add sliced green bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes over the cheese.

  7. Add more salt and pepper if desired.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

  9. Sprinkle freshly chopped basil and red pepper flakes over the pizza.

  10. Slice and serve hot.
