How To Make SunBlush Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the sun-dried tomato mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the spaghetti is heated through.

  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
