How To Make Sausage, Mushroom & Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb sausage, casings removed
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, grated (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms, onion, and garlic until softened and golden.

Add the diced tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.

Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

Serve the sausage, mushroom, and tomato mixture over the cooked pasta. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
