How To Make Prawn, Dill & Cucumber Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, prawns, cucumber, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.

Serve the prawn, dill & cucumber pasta immediately and enjoy!
