Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add the prawns to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.

  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, prawns, cucumber, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.

  6. Serve the prawn, dill & cucumber pasta immediately and enjoy!
