How To Make Linguine with Watercress & Almond Pesto

Ingredients
- 12 ounces linguine
- 2 cups watercress, stems removed
- 1/2 cup almonds, lightly toasted
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a food processor, combine the watercress, almonds, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Pulse until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toss the cooked linguine with the watercress and almond pesto until well coated.
