How To Make Garlicky Linguine with Cabbage & Anchovy

Ingredients
- 8 ounces linguine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small head cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the cabbage to the skillet and cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.

Stir in the anchovy fillets and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss until well combined.

Serve the linguine with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
