Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne noodles
  • 4 slices bacon, diced
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook penne noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.

  5. Add the heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.

  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

  7. Add the cooked penne noodles, cooked chicken, and crispy bacon back into the skillet. Stir until everything is well coated in the creamy sauce.

  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  9. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
