How To Make Awesome Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of tri-color rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, basil, parsley, and parmesan cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.
