  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional toppings: grated Parmesan cheese, chopped bacon

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add Brussels sprouts, cut side down, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and crispy.

  3. Flip the Brussels sprouts and add minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until tender.

  4. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice. Toss to coat evenly.
