
How To Make Lemon Garlic Butter Herb Chicken with Asparagus
Flavorful herb chicken is cooked with asparagus in one skillet and with a mixture of flavors from the butter, lemon, and garlic.

Ingredients
- 3tbspbutter
- 1lemon juice
- 4clovesgarlic,minced
- ¼cuporegano,freshly chopped
- 1tspfresh rosemary,chopped
- 1tspfresh thyme,chopped
- 1lbchicken thighs or breasts,boneless skinless
- salt and pepper
- ½bunchasparagus,cut in half
Instructions

In a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat add the butter until melted. Add the lemon juice, garlic, oregano, rosemary, and thyme.

Add the chicken and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink and registers 165 degrees F. Remove chicken and set aside on a plate.

Add the asparagus to the pan and salt and pepper. Saute for 5 to 6 minutes or until tender. Add chicken back to the pan for a minute or so and serve.
