How To Make Bacon and Egg Hash Recipe
This hearty breakfast dish is packed with crispy bacon, tender potatoes, and perfectly cooked eggs – an explosion of flavors in every bite.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 4 small potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside.

Add olive oil to the same skillet and cook onions and potatoes until tender and browned, stirring occasionally.

Add red bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Push the mixture to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs on the other side.

Season the eggs with salt and pepper.

Cover the skillet and let it cook until the eggs are cooked to your liking, around 3 minutes for a runny yolk.

Sprinkle cooked bacon over the top.
