  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups (200g) bread crumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

  2. In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. In another shallow dish, beat eggs.

  4. Coat chicken pieces in flour mixture, then dip into beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

  5. Heat oil in a large skillet or deep fryer over medium heat.

  6. Fry chicken nuggets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  7. Transfer cooked nuggets to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces!
