  • 500g pork, cut into small pieces
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 green chilies, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.

  2. Add the garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook for a minute.

  3. Add the pork and cook until browned on all sides.

  4. Stir in the tomato puree, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt.

  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes or until the pork is tender.

  6. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
