How To Make Prawn, Pea & Tomato Curry

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for another minute.

Add tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.

Add turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add prawns and peas. Stir well to coat them with the spice mixture.

Cover the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked through and the peas are tender.

Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
