How To Make Easy Thai Prawn Curry

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.

Add the red bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.

Stir in the Thai red curry paste and cook for a minute to release its flavors.

Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.

Add the prawns, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine.

Cover the pan and let the curry simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked through.

Serve the Thai prawn curry over cooked rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
