How To Make Instant Pot Prawn Curry Recipe
A flavorful and aromatic curry made with juicy prawns, spices and coconut milk, cooked in an Instant Pot for convenience.

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, cleaned and deveined
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 green chili, slit
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, for cooking
Instructions

Turn on Instant Pot, select Saute mode, and heat oil.

Add onion and saute until translucent.

Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.

Add tomato and green chili, and mix well.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, and mix well.

Add prawns and mix well.

Add coconut milk and mix well.

Close the Instant Pot lid, select Manual mode, and set timer for 5 minutes.

Once the timer goes off, wait for natural pressure release.

Open the lid, and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice or bread.
