Cranberry Crockpot Chicken Recipe

  • 16 oz. chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
  • 16 oz. smooth cranberry sauce
  • 8 oz. Catalina salad dressing
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup
  • 1 cup Uncle Ben's Rice
  • 1 cup white rice, uncooked

Instructions

  1. Mix cranberry sauce, dressing, and soup mix together in crockpot.
  2. Add chicken.
  3. Cook on low 6 hours.
  4. Add rice and cook another 30-40 minutes until rice is done.
