Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded hash browns, cheddar cheese, diced onions, diced bell peppers, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
