- 4 cups frozen hashbrowns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.
