How To Make Rach’s Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.

Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the grated cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Add the steamed broccoli to the bowl and toss until well coated with the cheese mixture.

Transfer the broccoli mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
