How To Make The Best Beef Tri-Tip

- 1 ½ pounds beef tri-tip
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions

Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, dried thyme, and dried oregano.

Rub the seasoning mixture all over the beef tri-tip, ensuring it is evenly coated.

Place the tri-tip on the grill or in a roasting pan in the oven.

Cook for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
