This oven roasted veal parmigiana dish is so good you’ll forget that it isn’t chicken and that it isn’t fried.

How To Make Veal Parmigiana
Create a delicious veal dish from veal cutlets with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
Ingredients
- ā cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tsp dry breadcrumbs
- 1 ½ lbs veal cutlets
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp oil
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp italian seasoning
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 3 tsp parmesan cheese
Instructions

Mix breadcrumbs with ā cup parmesan.
- Dip the veal in egg, then into the breadcrumbs and brown in hot oil.
- Place the browned pieces of veal in an 8 inch baking dish.
- Saute onion in skillet, and add salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and tomato sauce.
- Top veal with mozzarella and tomato mix.
- Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of parmesan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
