How To Make Baked Curry Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with curry powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper to make a marinade.

Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and mix until fully coated.

Place chicken thighs on a baking dish and bake for 50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with your favorite sides.
