How To Make Baked Curry Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with curry powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper to make a marinade.

  3. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and mix until fully coated.

  4. Place chicken thighs on a baking dish and bake for 50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with your favorite sides.
