If you want your baked chicken to take on a deeper, more savory flavor, top it with this easy-to-make homemade ham gravy.

Ingredients

  • 4chicken breast half,bone-in
  • 4ozham,sliced, cooked
  • 1canCampbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1containersour cream
  • 1tsponion powder
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • ¼tsppaprika
  • ¼tspground black pepper
  • 4hot potatoes,baked

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken into a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Pour off any fat.

  2. Arrange the ham around the chicken in the baking dish. Stir the soup, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper in a small bowl. Spoon the soup mixture over all.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken to a serving platter. Stir the sauce and serve with the chicken and potatoes.
