  • 2 large oranges, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small skillet, toast the fennel seeds over medium heat until fragrant.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced oranges and fennel.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, toasted fennel seeds, salt, and pepper.

  4. Drizzle the dressing over the orange and fennel mixture and toss to coat.
