How To Make Fennel Seed and Apricot Granola

Crunchy and flavorful granola with a hint of fennel and sweetness of apricot.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricot
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, apricot, fennel seeds, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and vegetable oil.

  4. Pour over oat mixture and stir until evenly coated.

  5. Spread mixture evenly onto a lined baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  7. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
