Honey and apricot jam-flavored granola recipe for a grab and go breakfast.

  • 10 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 10 oz apricot jam


  1. Using your hands, mix together thoroughly in a large bowl.
  2. Spread this mixture out on a large cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until it starts to brown, stirring every 5 minutes or so.

  3. Wrap in parchment paper and store in seal-tight jars.
