How To Make Cardamom and Almond Biscotti
Crunchy biscotti flavored with nutty almonds and fragrant cardamom.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and cardamom.

In a separate bowl, beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla with an electric mixer until pale yellow and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Stir in flour mixture and chopped almonds until just combined.

Form the dough into a 12-inch log on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Use a serrated knife to cut the log into 1/2-inch slices and bake again for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.

Let cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
