How To Make Sage and Mushroom Omelette Recipe
Flavorful and hearty omelette with earthy mushrooms and aromatic sage.

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

In a large non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

Add mushrooms and sauté until tender and golden, about 5-7 minutes.

Add sage and cook for another minute.

Pour egg mixture into the skillet and let it set for about a minute.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Using a spatula, fold the omelette in half and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are set.
