How To Make Morel Mushroom and Goat Cheese Omelette Recipe
A savory omelette filled with earthy morel mushrooms and creamy goat cheese.

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup chopped fresh morel mushrooms
- 2 oz crumbled goat cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.

Pour egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the bottom is set, about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle goat cheese and chives over one half of the omelette. Fold the other half over the filling.

Cover the skillet and cook for another minute or until the cheese has melted.

Slide the omelette onto a serving plate and slice into four wedges. Serve hot.
