Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of dried oregano
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, and zest.

Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts, ensuring each breast is coated evenly.

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Arrange chicken on a baking tray and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
