How To Make Lemongrass and Ginger Tea

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 stalks of lemongrass, bruised with the back of a knife
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced
  • 4 tsp of honey, or to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring the water to a boil.

  2. Add in the lemongrass and ginger, and reduce heat to a simmer.

  3. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

  4. Remove from heat and strain out the lemongrass and ginger.

  5. Stir the honey and lime juice into the tea.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
