How To Make Lemongrass and Lemongrass Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh lemongrass
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Stir in the flour, cornstarch, lemongrass, and salt until well combined.

Roll the dough into balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press them with a fork.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
