How To Make White Rabbit Biscuits
Delicious and creamy biscuits inspired by the famous White Rabbit candy.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 cup White Rabbit candy, crushed into small pieces
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 tbsp milk
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and powdered sugar. Add the cold butter and use a pastry cutter or your hands to cut it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
-
Add the crushed White Rabbit candy and vanilla extract. Mix well.
-
Gradually add milk, 1 tbsp at a time, until the dough comes together. Be careful not to add too much milk.
-
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it gently for a few seconds. Roll it out to about 1/4 inch thickness.
-
Use a cookie cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
-
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
-
Allow the biscuits to cool for a few minutes before serving.
