How To Make White Rabbit Biscuits

Delicious and creamy biscuits inspired by the famous White Rabbit candy.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 12 minutes
Total: 27 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/4 cup White Rabbit candy, crushed into small pieces
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and powdered sugar. Add the cold butter and use a pastry cutter or your hands to cut it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

  3. Add the crushed White Rabbit candy and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  4. Gradually add milk, 1 tbsp at a time, until the dough comes together. Be careful not to add too much milk.

  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it gently for a few seconds. Roll it out to about 1/4 inch thickness.

  6. Use a cookie cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

  8. Allow the biscuits to cool for a few minutes before serving.
